Kiran has over 24 years of IT and management experience, which includes software engineering, project and program management, management consulting, and executive roles. Industry experience ranges from finance, telecommunications, credit cards, and marketing.

Most recently, he was a Senior Principal Consultant and Vice President for Business Process Management at Software AG, a €1 billion company with sales in over 70 countries. He provided consulting services, designed solution offerings, created skills and competencies models, provided thought-leadership and business consulting to IT and business leaders, and supported the business development of a $100M practice.

Previously, he was a Global CIO & Chief Architect for a General Electric company, facilitating the growth of the P&L from $2.2B in 2001 to $14.0B in 2006. Prior roles include business architect, management consultant, project manager, and software engineer.

Kiran is highly skilled in multi-year program management, project management, coordination and collaboration with multiple constituents in geographically dispersed locations, and designing and implementing service-based frameworks and processes.

Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin (Milwaukee), Queen's College (Canada), Notre Dame, and Hong Kong Institute of Technology.

Kiran is the recipient of numerous management awards, including three program awards from GE and the Circle of Excellence "Best of the Best" award from Capital One.

Kiran has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry, M.S. in Computer Science, and Ph.D. from the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida.

Kiran plays the violin (he is the proud owner of two Stradivarius copies), enjoys classical music, reads voraciously (sometimes three books in parallel), and writes whenever the muse strikes. He holds a black belt in Karate (but promises not to use it to settle arguments).
